Volunteer Stewardship Day at Mt. Holly Preserve

  • Mt. Holly Preserve 21 Mount Holly Road East Katonah, NY, 10536 United States (map)

"Many hands make light work!" Join Paul Collura, LLT board member and steward of Mount Holly Preserve, for a trail maintenance volunteer session that will target invasive plants. No experience necessary, and if you have little kids who love ripping plants out of the ground, we will put them to work on garlic mustard! Adult volunteers will have bigger plants to tackle, such as barberry, vines, burning bush and more.

Please bring water, gloves and loppers (if you have them, if not, we will provide). Sturdy, mud-resistant shoes and pants are recommended. Steady rain will reschedule.

Advance registration is requested so we can plan accordingly. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/volunteer-stewardship-day-tickets-627445746117
